Our approach for Clean Cooking™ Solution
Clean Cooking Container™ is a pioneering solution that brings together renewable energy, advanced water purification, modern food preparation facilities and highly advanced hygiene systems into one unit.
Designed in the form of a standard container, it can be transported and deployed anywhere, providing a fully functional kitchen capable of delivering high-quality meals even in the most challenging environments.
Clean Cooking™ Solution is a breakthrough in food safety
The Clean Cooking™ System is a fully equipped and can be delivered with a built-in water purification system, safe food storage, renewable energy supply and advanced hygiene controls.
Clean Cooking™ Technology can operate independently in remote locations, ensuring that access to clean, safe meals doesn’t depend on local infrastructure. With Clean Cooking™ we address a critical challenge: the connection between unsafe cooking, contaminated water, lack of access to energy and disease. By combining supply of energy, water and pathogen control through disinfection by the patented Micro-Nano Bubble technology, it creates a safe environment where people can receive and cook fresh, warm and safe meals every day and everywhere.
MNB disinfection – patent for guarantee sterility
In our Clean Cooking™ Solution we utilized our patented technology, which proved its effectiveness in our Mobile Sanitation Unit in fully eliminating SARS-CoV-2 virus and other biological threats during the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic under the challenging arid conditions.
The patented disinfection technology uses a combination of ozone-enriched Micro-Nano Bubble fog, controlled air curtains and antimicrobial surfaces to ensure effective neutralization of viruses and other biological threats. The system produces a fine disinfecting mist that spreads evenly inside the chamber, while the micro-nano bubbles release reactive species that completely destroy microorganisms upon contact. Air curtains keep the fog inside the chamber and specially constructed panels suppress bacterial and viral growth.
Technology Introduction
The container is a fully equipped – mobile kitchen with a built-in water purification system, energy supply, safe food storage and advanced hygiene controls.
Connect
Depending on the configuration, Clean Cooking™ can be completely independent of external utilities (energy, water etc.) or partially/totally reliant on them – access to clean, safe meals does not depend on local infrastructure. It can be delivered in connected or separate 20ft or 40ft containers. The system configuration is always tailored to local conditions.
Choose Time Period
Clean Cooking™ as a fully self-sufficient solution, can be deployed in locations near or far from major urban centers. At the same time, it can serve as a water supply point, personal hygiene station and cold storage for food. Everything is configured and designed in collaboration with the client through NET Group.
01
TECHNICAL CONTAINER

1 - Energy Supply (PV) 2 – Energy Storage 3 – Water Purification
The technical container houses all technical and infrastructural systems necessary for autonomous operation. Its key components include a solar PV, energy storage, water treatment and waste management units. The container is designed to be enclosed and secured, ensuring safety of systems and preventing unauthorized access.
02
OPERATIONAL CONTAINER

The second container is dedicated entirely to food preparation and cooking. Its interior is organized into functional zones to optimize workflow, hygiene and safety. All surfaces are made from stainless steel, resistant to microbial growth and easy to sanitize.
How we can proceed?
Road Map for Project Implementation
- Define the number of meals per day needed and the target community size.
- Assess water availability – whether a local source exists or a new well must be drilled.
- Check sunlight conditions and space for PV panels (roof-mounted or ground-mounted).
- Evaluate site access and ground conditions to ensure safe and effective installation.
- Choose container lengths: 20 ft for small and medium scale, 40 ft for full-scale or combined.
- Assign one container as technical, housing PV, batteries, water treatment and other systems.
- Assign a second container as operational kitchen, with cooking, food preparation area, storage and MNB hygiene zones.
- Configure equipment based on container size, ensuring proper distribution of induction cooktops, ovens, refrigeration, sinks and storage.
- Determine PV system capacity based on container size and energy requirements.
- Decide on if PV installation type should be roof-mounted or ground-mounted.
- Configure battery storage to provide continuous operation during low sunlight periods.
- Integrate an energy management system to optimally distribute electricity.
- If connecting to an existing water source, plan piping and connection points to the container.
- If using a self-supplied well, select location, drilling depth and solar pump configuration.
- Configure water treatment units: filtration, reverse osmosis, UV sterilization and storage tanks.
- Plan greywater treatment and disposal or reuse pathways.
- Install the Micro-Nano Bubble mist entrance gate for personnel disinfection.
- Set up handwashing stations and ensure purified water availability after conncection.
- Verify ventilation, HVAC and air filtration systems are adequate and suited for container size.
- Confirm all electrical systems are safe and fully insulated. Our system is distinguished by the fact that it does not require gas, minimizing explosion risk.
- Prepare the site: leveling, foundations, access etc.
- Ensure vehicle access for container delivery and installation.
- Position containers according to operational layout, ensuring accessibility and optimization.
The standard procedure for complete project execution by GEE takes 3-4 months. We are committed to providing quick results.

Case studies
Case studies for our Clean Cooking™ approach
01
In a small village of about 100 residents, the community began preparing meals together in a 20 ft container. Residents took turns cooking for their families, while learning safe hygiene practices. The container became a central hub for village life and children and elders could access nutritious meals every day.
02
In a village of approximately 200 people, a 20 ft container was set up as a communal kitchen. Residents organized collective cooking sessions, rotating responsibilities between households. The container allowed daily meal preparation in an orderly and safe way, significantly improving the village’s daily routine and social life.
03
In a remote village of 180 residents, the container became a shared kitchen for the community. People prepared meals themselves and developed their own cooking schedule. The container served as a place for social gatherings and hygiene education, enhancing cooperation and ensuring regular, safe access to meals.
