Next-Generation Advanced Wastewater Treatment Solutions
Our technologies integrate advanced process engineering with proprietary Micro-Nano Bubble systems to achieve superior pollutant removal and treatment efficiency. From municipal to complex industrial wastewater, we design complete treatment lines that ensure reliable performance, low operating costs, and sustainable water reuse.
MOST ADVANCED WASTEWATER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGIES
We specialize in delivering advanced, efficient and compact solutions for wastewater treatment. Our flagship technology, MNBF® (Micro-Nano Bubbles Flotation), is an innovative combination of physicochemical processes and mechanical separation, leveraging the groundbreaking Micro-Nano Bubble technology. We operate comprehensively – handling every stage of the treatment process and working with the Clients from initial analysis and design, through to commissioning and maintenance of the installation, ensuring stable operation and the highest water quality.
Greater efficiency. Greater quality and quantity flexibility. Lower OPEX.
We provide comprehensive wastewater treatment solutions covering the entire treatment process — from preliminary treatment to advanced polishing and water reuse.
Our approach integrates proprietary technologies with proven conventional treatment processes, enabling the design of highly efficient, reliable, and scalable treatment plants for municipal and industrial applications.
While we implement complete wastewater treatment systems, the core of our technology portfolio is the MNBF® technology, which significantly enhances treatment efficiency, oxidation processes and oxygen transfer in wastewater systems.
Our systems are designed to handle highly variable wastewater quality, industrial contaminants and demanding environmental requirements, while ensuring low operational costs and high treatment performance.
Our Integrated Wastewater Treatment Approach
Effective wastewater treatment requires a structured sequence of treatment stages designed to progressively remove solids, organic matter, nutrients and dissolved contaminants. We develop integrated wastewater treatment systems that combine conventional process engineering with advanced technologies, including our proprietary MNBF® system.
1. Preliminary Treatment
The first stage removes coarse solids, debris, sand and floating materials. Typical units include coarse and fine screens, grit chambers and oil & grease separators. This step protects the treatment plant and stabilizes the incoming wastewater stream.
2. Equalization and Flow Control
Equalization tanks balance fluctuations in hydraulic flow and pollutant concentration. This stage ensures stable operating conditions for downstream treatment processes, particularly for industrial wastewater with variable composition.
3. Primary Treatment
Primary treatment focuses on the removal of suspended solids, oils, and part of the organic load. This stage often includes coagulation, flocculation and flotation processes. MNBF® is applied here as an advanced alternative to conventional DAF, enabling highly efficient separation.
4. Secondary Treatment
Secondary treatment removes dissolved organic pollutants and nutrients through biological processes. Aerobic or hybrid treatment systems enable the reduction of BOD, COD, ammonium, and nitrogen compounds through microbial degradation supported by efficient aeration and oxygen transfer.
5. Tertiary Treatment
After biological treatment, residual solids, biomass fragments and remaining pollutants must be removed. In this stage, MNBF® can again be applied as a high-efficiency tertiary polishing and oxidation step, separating fine biological solids while simultaneously enhancing oxidation and partial disinfection processes.
6. Final Treatment for Water Reuse
The final stage ensures compliance with discharge or reuse standards. Depending on requirements, filtration and membrane systems such as ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis may be implemented, followed by disinfection. Treated water can then be safely discharged or reused for industrial, agricultural, or municipal applications.
At the heart of our solutions lies our patented MNBF® (Micro-Nano Bubble Flotation) technology. It utilizes the unique properties of bubbles ranging in size from < 200 nm to 10 μm, which offer up to 1000% more surface area than conventional bubbles. This translates to unparalleled efficiency in gas transfer and oxygen dissolution.
MNBF® system integrates:
- Physico-chemical treatment
- Mechanical separation
- Advanced oxygen transfer
- Oxidation processes
- Flotation-based contaminant removal
Micro-nano bubbles significantly increase gas transfer efficiency and accelerate pollutant degradation within the wastewater stream.
Micro-Nano Bubble Technology
Micro-Nano Bubble technology represents a breakthrough in wastewater treatment efficiency.
Microbubbles (1–100 μm) and nanobubbles (<200 nm) create extremely large gas-liquid interface areas, improving oxygen dissolution and oxidation processes in water.
Key advantages include:
up to 1000% higher gas surface area compared to conventional bubbles
extremely high oxygen transfer efficiency
enhanced flotation of suspended particles
improved oxidation of pollutants
accelerated biological and chemical treatment processes.
