Waste Heat Recovery Absorption Cooling System for Dairy Industry Plant

At Dairy Industry Plant, NET Group of Companies delivered a comprehensive waste heat recovery system in EPC formula designed to provide highly efficient chilled water production for technological processes.

The system features an absorption chiller with a thermal capacity of 900 kW, producing chilled water at 5 °C. The chiller is supplied with otherwise unused steam and pre-cools process water returning from the dairy’s technological system. The technology is fully safe for food industry applications, ensuring compliance with strict hygiene and operational standards.

Implementation of the technology supplied by NET Group of Companies resulted in a reduction of electricity consumption by 600 MWh and CO₂ emission decrease of 960 Mg, demonstrating significant environmental and economic benefits.
