At Hotel Ossa Congress & SPA, NET Group delivered an advanced geothermal heat pump system designed to provide highly efficient and environmentally responsible energy supply for the entire facility.
The installation is based on 80 geothermal boreholes, each with a depth of 120 meters, forming a stable and renewable ground energy source. The system:
- Covers 100% of the hotel’s cooling demand,
- Supplies approximately 40% of the heating demand,
- Operates in synergy with solar collectors, reinforcing the building’s sustainable energy profile.
This integrated renewable solution significantly reduces reliance on conventional energy sources, lowers operating costs, and strengthens the ecological character of the hotel complex.
