Advanced MNBF®-O3 Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant, Saudi Arabia

NET Group of Companies implemented a compact and highly efficient Advanced Micro-Nano-Bubbles Ozone Generation Wastewater Treatment System for National Agriculture Development Company (NADEC). MNBF®-O3 WTTP delivered by NET Group of Companies was designed with a nominal flow rate in the range from 20 m3/h to 480 m3/day. The project utilizes innovative MNBF® ozone technology, which is excellent for contaminants removal, especially organics.

The main task was to reach BOD wastewater effluent < 10 ppm (inlet 1200 ppm).

The results of our technology implementation are best demonstrated by parameters of wastewater:

• BOD reduction from 1,200 ppm to 10 ppm
• COD reduction from 2,900 ppm to 50 ppm
• TSS reduction from 900 ppm to 10 ppm
